How do I join?
Simply create an account on our website and you’ll automatically be enrolled in the Golden Circle. It’s free to join, and you’ll start earning points straight away.
Can I use points on my first order?
No - points are earned from the first purchase you make after signing up to the Golden Circle and can only be redeemed on future orders.
Do I earn points on every purchase?
Yes - you’ll earn points on all purchases, excluding gift cards and shipping.
Do I earn points on past orders?
No - points are only credited for purchases made while logged into your account. We cannot apply points retrospectively to past or guest checkouts.
How do I redeem my points
Once you’ve reached 500 points, you can redeem them for $50 credit on any product valued at $50 or more. When you’re logged in and viewing your cart, you’ll see your available credit in a dropdown selector. Simply apply it before proceeding to checkout.
What can I redeem my points for?
Points can be redeemed towards any purchase on our website, excluding gift cards.
Can I use points with other promotions or discount codes?
No - points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other promotions, discount codes, or gift card purchases unless otherwise stated.
Do points expire?
Yes - points expire 12 months from the date they are earned and must be used before this time. Once your $50 credit has been issued, you will have 3 months to redeem it before it expires.
What if I don’t spend the entire $50 on one purchase?
Your $50 credit must be used in a single purchase, as it can only be applied to one order with no remaining balance carried over.
