The Allure of Tiger’s Eye Jewellery
Tiger's eye is known as the stone of courage. It is a stone which helps you to stay grounded, build safe and strong foundations, and find your motivation once more. It’s also said to ward off negative energy, balance the endocrine system and is good for seasonal affective disorder. Tiger's eye is in the quartz family and is the traditional zodiac stone for June and, in particular, Geminis.
The History
What is the history of tiger’s eye? It was traditionally worn as aprotective amulet on the breastplates of roman soldiers in battle and used to ward off curses. It was once considered more precious than gold, as it was so rare.
Caring for tiger’s eye
Simply run it under water to clean. A dash of soap can also help to gently strip the stone of negative build-ups, making it ready to work its magic once more.
