Open the Golden Circle Club button (bottom left of the page) and click “Refer a Friend.”

Share your link
Send it to friends by email, text, or social media. (They need to be a new customer to Silk & Steel for it to work)

Your friend shops
They’ll get $20 off (on orders over $100) on their first order using your link.

You get rewarded
Once they complete their purchase, your $20 reward is automatically added to your account. Which you can spend on your next order (over $100).

Do I need a Golden Circle account to refer someone?
Yes - you’ll need a Golden Circle account so we can track your referrals and automatically apply your rewards.
Why didn’t my referral reward show up or work for my friend?
Our referral programme only applies to new customers who haven’t purchased from Silk & Steel before. If you refer someone who’s already placed an order, the referral email will still send successfully, but your friend won’t be able to redeem the $20 reward at checkout, and it won’t appear in your account as a pending referral.
What do my friends receive when I refer them?
Your friend will receive $20 off their first order over $100. The exact offer will appear when they open your referral link.
What do I receive when my friend places their first order?
Once your friend completes their first purchase using your referral link, you’ll receive $20 off your next order over $100 - our thank-you for spreading the word.
How many friends can I refer?
As many as you like! There’s no limit to how many friends you can invite or how many rewards you can earn.
When will I receive my reward?
You’ll receive your reward once your friend’s first order is completed and not returned. It will automatically appear in your Golden Circle account.
Can referral discounts or rewards be combined with other promotions?
Referral rewards and discounts can only be used on full-priced orders over $100 and can’t be combined with any other discount code, promotion, or sale offer.
Who qualifies for the referral programme?
Referral rewards are available only for referred new customers who haven’t purchased from Silk & Steel before.
My friend’s referral link didn’t work - what should they do?
Make sure they’ve clicked your referral link before shopping and that they’re a new customer. If there’s still an issue, our support team will be happy to help.
Where can I view my referrals and rewards?
Log in to your Golden Circle account and click the Golden Circle button at the bottom left of your screen to view your referral history, pending rewards, and available discount codes.
