How do I join?
Simply create a store account - it’s that easy. You’ll be automatically enrolled and start earning points straight away. Joining is completely free - our way of saying thank you for your loyalty and support.
How do I earn points?
You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent on full-priced purchases, plus bonus points for actions like following us on social media or celebrating your birthday. Please note: sale items, shipping, and gift cards do not qualify for points.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in to your account and click the Golden Circle button at the bottom left of your screen to view your balance and available rewards. You’ll need 500 points to redeem $50 towards your next purchase.
When will my points appear?
Your points will usually appear within a few minutes of completing your purchase. If they haven’t shown up after 24 hours, please contact our team and we’ll look into it for you.
Do my points expire?
Your points remain active as long as you shop with us within a 12-month period. After a year of inactivity, your balance will reset - but don’t worry, we’ll send a reminder before that happens.
What happens if I return or cancel an order?
Points earned from returned or cancelled orders will be automatically deducted from your account once the return or cancellation is processed.
Do I receive birthday points?
Yes! Add your birth date to your account and we’ll gift you 100 points to celebrate your special day. Add your birthday to your account at least 30 days prior to your birthday.
Can I use more than one reward at once?
Only one reward code can be applied per order.
Can I transfer or combine points?
Points can’t be transferred between accounts, so please use the same email address each time you shop to keep your points in one place.
