Silk&Steel x Storm Collaboration - Fatal Crush
Silk&Steel has joined design forces with Storm, to create an exclusive edgy-luxe capsule of buildable jewellery, which will become part of Storm’s “Fatal Crush”Autumn/Winter 17 collectio
Jewellery designs are focused on clever juxtapositions of materials – from metal and spikes paired with luxurious ostrich feathers.
Inspiration for this capsule stems from a bespoke necklace Silk&Steel Designer Sarah Cotterall recently created for Ellie Goulding, who loved it so much she wore it on stage during her Auckland concert and instagramed herself wearing it for the world to see.

This lead to the idea of Silk&Steel creating a capsule collection that would become a spin-off from this famous piece, exclusively for Storm.

The idea behind this clever capsule collection is to build and layer pieces to create a similar “Ellie” inspired look or to select pieces to be worn alone as their own standalone expression, which and also includes earrings and a bracelet to complete the look.
As with all of Silk&Steel’s collections, pieces have been designed so they can be layered and stacked so that the wearer can create their own look.
