We’re delighted to offer select pieces on pre-order - allowing you to secure limited-edition designs before they officially arrive.

Pre-Order Timelines

Estimated delivery timeframes are shown on each product page. Please note that these are approximate and may vary slightly depending on production and shipping schedules. We’ll always keep you updated should there be any unexpected delays.

Ordering with In-Stock Items

To avoid delaying your order, we recommend placing pre-order pieces in a separate transaction.If an order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once all items are available.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order. This secures your piece and ensures it’s reserved just for you.

Cancellations & Returns

As each pre-order item is made or allocated especially for you, pre-order purchases cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once placed.
If, for any reason, Silk & Steel is unable to fulfil your order within the estimated timeframe, you will be notified and offered a full refund or store credit.
